1. About these terms

These terms govern use of SA Biz Directory at sabizdirectory.co.za. By using the site or submitting a listing, you accept them.

2. Listing submissions

By submitting a listing you confirm that you are authorised to represent the business, that the information is accurate, and that any text or logo you supply is your own or licensed to you and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may edit submissions for length, formatting and clarity, and may decline or remove any listing at our discretion.

3. Accuracy of information

Listing details are supplied by the businesses themselves. We review submissions but we do not independently verify every claim, licence or registration. Confirm credentials directly with the business and with the relevant regulator before appointing anyone. SA Biz Directory is not a party to any dealing between a visitor and a listed business and accepts no liability for it.

4. Links and maps

Listings link to third-party websites, and map data is supplied by OpenStreetMap contributors. We do not control those sources and are not responsible for their content or accuracy. Map pins are approximate.

5. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, copy or republish the directory's content in bulk, submit false or misleading listings, or use contact details published here to send unsolicited marketing. Contact details are published so that customers can reach businesses, not so that lists can be harvested.

6. Removal

A business may request removal of its listing at any time by emailing info@sabizdirectory.co.za.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date above shows when they last changed.
