Risk on Risk is a consultancy in Midrand working on business risk — strategy, internal controls, compliance and the design of the frameworks that hold them together — across a range of sectors rather than one industry.

They are built once, presented to a board, and then sit unchanged while the business moves on, so by the time a risk materialises the register describes a company that no longer exists. Automating and designing the process properly is what keeps it current, which is the difference between a compliance document and something that actually informs a decision.
